1/2 c crumbled feta cheese
5 eggs
1 c half and half

  • 3. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.

Tips:

  • Use fresh ingredients: Fresh herbs, vegetables, and cheese will give your quiche the best flavor.
  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing will make the quiche tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Blind-bake the crust: This will help to prevent the crust from becoming soggy.
  • Use a variety of cheeses: This will give your quiche a more complex flavor.
