- Sauce:.
- Squeeze 1 tbs juice from lemon into a small bowl.

Tips:
- Use a large bowl to mix the batter. This will give you plenty of room to stir and mix all of the ingredients together.
- Grate the zucchini using the large holes of a box grater. This will help to release more water from the zucchini, which will make the fritters crispier.
- Squeeze the grated zucchini in a colander to remove as much water as possible. This will help to prevent the fritters from being too soggy.
- Be careful not to overmix the batter. Overmixing will make the fritters tough.
- Heat the oil over medium heat before frying the fritters. This will help to prevent the fritters from sticking to the pan.
- Fry the fritters in batches so that they don't overcrowd the pan. This will help them to cook evenly.
- Serve the fritters hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Conclusion:
Cheddar zucchini fritters are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or side dish. They are perfect for using up leftover zucchini, and they are sure to be a hit with your family and friends. So next time you have a zucchini on hand, give this recipe a try!
