1 (24 ounce) package shredded coleslaw mix
4 -5 green onions, sliced
3/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup almonds, slivered
1/2 cup sugar (or less if you like it less sweet)
2 (3 ounce) packages ramen noodles, oriental flavor

Steps:

  • Combine oil, vinegar, sugar and seasoning packets from Ramen to make dressing.
  • Toast the almonds and sesame seeds in dry pan.
  • Mix the cabbage, onions and ramen noodles in large bowl.
  • Toss with dressing and nuts.
  • Let set in fridge to meld flavors.
  • NOTES: If you prefer your noodles crunchy, add right before serving.
