Number Of Ingredients 4

1 bottle dry champagne***
1/2 gal orange juice (fresh if available)
triple sec or grand marnier
1 medium orange sliced thin (optional)

Steps:

  • 1. NOTE: IT IS IMPORTANT TO KEEP CHAMPAGNE & ORANGE JUICE CHILLED. Pour orange juice into glass pitcher and nestle pitcher in a large bowl filled with ice. Open champagne and nestle bottle in a large iced filled bowl
  • 2. In champagne flute or wine glass, pour 2 ounces chilled orange juice and then 3 ounces of champagne. If desired, you can place a small amount of crushed ice in bottom of glass before pouring liquids into it. Note: Always pour orange juice in first to mitigate sticky glass. DO NOT STIR AS THIS WILL FLATTEN CHAMPAGNE !!! Place a drop of triple sec in the center of the mixture and let it settle into a beautiful "sunrise". Garnish rim of glass with orange slice (optional)
  • 3. ***For non-alcoholic mimosa, use 7-up, Sprite or sparkling white grape juice.
  • 4. ENJOY!!!

Time 2m

Yield 1 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 3

1 (6 ounce) can pineapple juice
1 teaspoon grenadine
martini and rossi sparkling wine

Steps:

  • Pour pinapple juice and grenadine into a tall glass with ice.
  • Fill the rest with champagne.

Tips:

  • To make the perfect Champagne Sunrise cocktail, start with chilled ingredients. This will help to keep the drink refreshing and flavorful.
  • Use fresh orange juice for the best flavor. Bottled or store-bought orange juice can be used, but fresh-squeezed orange juice will give your drink a brighter, more vibrant flavor.
  • Be careful not to over-stir the drink. Stirring too much can cause the orange juice and grenadine to mix together, resulting in a less visually appealing drink.
  • Garnish the drink with an orange slice and a maraschino cherry for a classic presentation.
  • Serve the Champagne Sunrise immediately. This cocktail is best enjoyed fresh.

Conclusion:

The Champagne Sunrise is a refreshing, flavorful cocktail that is perfect for any occasion. It is easy to make and only requires a few simple ingredients. Whether you are enjoying a brunch with friends or celebrating a special occasion, the Champagne Sunrise is sure to be a hit. So next time you are looking for a delicious and easy-to-make cocktail, give the Champagne Sunrise a try. You won't be disappointed!
