1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 cup fat-free bottled Italian dressing
4 garlic cloves, chopped
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons Worcesteshire sauce
1 pound green beans, trimmed, halved
2 heads romaine lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
2 small heads radicchio, thinly sliced
8 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Combine first 5 ingredients in small bowl; whisk to blend. Season with pepper.
  • Cook beans in medium pot of boiling salted water until crisp-tender, about 4 minutes. Drain. Rinse with cold water; drain again. Combine beans, romaine, radicchio and 4 tablespoons cheese in large bowl. Add dressing and toss to coat. Sprinkle with 4 tablespoons cheese.

1/4 cup large capers, drained, rinsed
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 cup olive oil
1 large egg
3 garlic cloves
1/4 cup lemon juice, fresh
1 teaspoon anchovy paste
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup asiago cheese, grated, divided
2 heads romaine lettuce, trimmed and torn into bite-size pieces

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°.
  • Place the capers and 1 teaspoon oil in a small heavy roasting pan.
  • Roast turning a few times, until crispy, about 18-20 minutes. *WATCH carefully towards the end. Remove from the pan, cool and reserve.
  • Meanwhile, immerse the egg in a small saucepan of boiling water. Remove the pan from the heat; allow to sit for 10 minutes. Remove the egg from the water; allow to cool about 10 minutes.
  • Mince the garlic in a food processor. Add the lemon juice, anchovy paste, pepper; process to combine.
  • Spoon in the egg; pulse until combined. Add 1/2 C oil until emulsified. Pulse in 1/4 C cheese. Taste for seasoning.
  • In a large bowl, combine the lettuce and capers with the dressing & toss to combine. Add the remaining 1/4 C cheese; toss.

1 bag of Salad Shrimp
Worcestershire Sauce
Soy Sauce
Lemon Juice
Beef Tenderizer and/or Seasoning
Romaine Lettuce

Steps:

  • Season and marinade stew meat with the Worcestershire, soy, and beef tenderizer. Let sit over the course of an afternoon to gather full flavor. Marindade shrimp in Worcestershire and Soy seperate from stew meat for the same amount of time as the meat. Brown stew meat and drain excess juices, place in a bowl and chill for 15-30 minutes. Heat shrimp with a little lemon juice or to taste, cook for 10-15 minutes, Drain any excess juices and chill for 15-30 minutes. 1/2 lemon squeezed
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1/2 head romaine lettuce torn
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
5 dashes Worcestershire sauce
4 lobster claws
1 coddled egg yolk

Steps:

  • Using a medium-sized wooden salad bowl, mash and spread the anchovies and the garlic with a fork and rub the inside of the bowl with it. Adding the vinegar and mustard, blend thoroughly. Using the fork, add the olive oil and the coddled (meaning to cook in simmering water for 1 minute) egg yolk, mix together and add the Worcestershire, lemon, and parmesan cheese.
