I found this recipe several years ago in Southern Living magazine and it is wonderful! My Mom really loves this so I always have to make it for her on special occasions. This really makes a HUGE amount...but the ingredients could easily be cut in half. Better yet, one dish could be frozen for later use. Enjoy!

Tips:
- Use fresh, high-quality ingredients: Fresh vegetables, herbs, and cheese will give your cavatini the best flavor.
- Cook the pasta al dente: Al dente pasta is cooked through but still has a slight bite to it. This will help it hold its shape and texture in the sauce.
- Make a flavorful sauce: The sauce is the star of the show in cavatini. Use a combination of fresh vegetables, herbs, and spices to create a sauce that is both flavorful and delicious.
- Don't overcrowd the pan: When cooking the cavatini, don't overcrowd the pan. This will prevent the pasta from cooking evenly and will make it more likely to stick together.

Cavatini is a delicious and versatile pasta dish that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. With its variety of flavors and textures, cavatini is a dish that is sure to please everyone. Whether you are looking for a quick and easy meal or a special occasion dish, cavatini is a great choice.
