2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon sea salt

2 tablespoons plain yogurt
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon butter
1 cup minced onion
3 tablespoons butter
½ cup Italian-seasoned dry bread crumbs
salt and black pepper to taste
