CAULIFLOWER PROSCIUTTO PIZZA
I had something like this at one of my favorite restaurants and decided to make a variation of it at home. Everybody really enjoyed it. I hope you do too. For extra spice add spicy garlic and/or red pepper flakes.

Tips:
- Choose the right cauliflower: For the best results, use a large head of cauliflower that is fresh and firm. Avoid cauliflower that is starting to turn yellow or brown, as this indicates that it is past its prime.
- Grate the cauliflower finely: This will help the cauliflower to cook evenly and create a smooth, cohesive crust.
- Press the cauliflower dry: This will help to remove excess moisture and prevent the crust from becoming soggy.
- Use a variety of toppings: Don't be afraid to get creative with your toppings! This recipe is a great base for all sorts of different flavors, so feel free to add your favorite vegetables, meats, and cheeses.
- Cook the pizza until the crust is golden brown: This will ensure that the crust is cooked through and crispy.
Conclusion:
Cauliflower prosciutto pizza is a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional pizza. It's perfect for those who are looking for a low-carb, gluten-free, or vegetarian option. The cauliflower crust is surprisingly flavorful and crispy, and the prosciutto and arugula add a salty, peppery flavor that pairs perfectly with the sweet tomatoes and creamy mozzarella cheese. This pizza is sure to be a hit with everyone at your table!
