Provided by Jo Webb

Categories     Fish

Time 40m

Number Of Ingredients 4

1/2 c parmesan grated cheese
2 large catfish filets
1 tsp butter
1 can(s) cooking spray

Steps:

  • 1. Wash catfish filets and then roll in parmesan cheese.
  • 2. Put fish in baking dish, sprayed with cooking spray.
  • 3. Put a half tsp butter on each fish.
  • 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Tips:

  • For a crispy crust, coat the catfish fillets in a mixture of flour, salt, and pepper before frying.
  • To make the parmesan sauce, use a high-quality parmesan cheese that is freshly grated. This will give the sauce a richer flavor.

  • To make the catfish parmesan in the oven, bake it at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve the catfish parmesan with a side of spaghetti, mashed potatoes, or roasted vegetables.

Conclusion:
