Tips:

  • Choose a flaky white fish. Cod, tilapia, haddock, and flounder are all good choices.
  • Thicken the sauce with cornstarch or all-purpose flour. This will help to create a creamy, flavorful sauce that coats the fish and vegetables.
  • Add a variety of vegetables to your casserole. Broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and peas are all good options.
  • Use a good quality cheese. Sharp cheddar, Parmesan, or Monterey Jack are all good choices.
  • Don't overcook the fish. Fish should be cooked through but still flaky.

Conclusion:

Catch of the Day Casserole is a quick, easy, and delicious meal that's perfect for a weeknight dinner. It's also a great way to use up leftover fish. With its flaky white fish, creamy sauce, and variety of vegetables, Catch of the Day Casserole is a surefire hit with the whole family.
