- Heat oven to 350^. Open cookie roll and press dough evenly into bottom of lightly buttered 9x13-inch baking pan. I use the bottom of a glass to press out evenly. Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Top evenly with the marshmallows bake for 2 minutes more or until marshmallows puff. Remove from oven and cool.
- Combine in a heavy saucepan the sweetened condensed milk, and peanut butter over medium heat; cook and stir until slightly thickened, about 7 minutes. Remove from heat stir in chow mein noodles,cashews and vanilla. Spread evenly over marshmallows. Cool then chill. Cut into bars..These are so delicious!! Enjoy!
