1 cup light brown sugar, packed
1 cup granulated sugar
4 eggs
2 tablespoons lemons, rind of, Grated
2 tablespoons orange rind, Grated
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 cup walnuts, Chopped
1 cup seedless raisin
