  • Select the right cucumbers: For the best results, choose fresh, firm cucumbers with a deep green color and no blemishes.
  • Peel the cucumbers thinly: Use a vegetable peeler to remove the skin from the cucumbers. Be careful not to remove too much of the flesh.
  • Slice the cucumbers evenly: Cut the cucumbers into thin, even slices. This will help them cook evenly.
  • Use a well-seasoned skillet: A well-seasoned skillet will help to prevent the cucumbers from sticking. If you don't have a well-seasoned skillet, you can use a nonstick skillet.
  • Cook the cucumbers over medium heat: Cooking the cucumbers over medium heat will help to prevent them from burning.
  • Stir the cucumbers frequently: Stir the cucumbers frequently to prevent them from sticking to the skillet and to ensure that they cook evenly.
  • Add the cream and seasonings: Once the cucumbers are cooked, add the cream, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
