This is an updated version of an old favorite dip from Carlos' N' Charlie's a Mexican style restaurant and celebrity hangout in Hollywood CA.

1 (12 1/2 ounce) can tuna, drained
1 -2 jalapeno chile, seeded and stemmed
1 green onion, green part only
1 piece celery
1/4-1/2 cup mayonnaise
salt
pepper
4 leaves cilantro

Steps:

  • Blend tuna, jalapenos, green onion and celery in food processor or blender. Do not puree. Blend in mayonnaise and salt & pepper to taste. Blend to desired consistency. Sprinkle with cilantro.

1 onion, diced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
