1 fluid ounce coconut-flavored rum
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried sage
1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
4 slices onions
6 beef top sirloin steaks, 8 oz. each

Steps:

  • Whisk together the rum, salt, pepper, cinnamon, powder, oregano, sage, vinegar, and lemon juice in a bowl; pour into a gallon-sized, resealable plastic bag.
