CARAMEL PEAR PUDDING CAKE

This is the most delicious dessert, and easy to put together, a great ending to any meal. This can also be made with apples, but use a firm apple such as Granny Smith for this recipe. I usually stick this in the oven, and bake it as we are having dinner, and serve it with ice cream as a topping...so yummy!

Categories     Coffee     Cake

Number Of Ingredients 1

9 tablespoons Butter

Steps:

  • Follow above

Tips:

  • Use a water bath to create a moist and creamy pudding cake. This will help prevent the cake from drying out and cracking.
  • Make sure to use full-fat milk and heavy cream for the best flavor and texture.
  • Don't overbeat the eggs. Overbeating can make the cake tough.
  • Bake the cake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Overbaking can make the cake dry.
  • Let the cake cool completely before serving. This will allow the flavors to meld and the cake to set.

Conclusion:

This caramel pudding cake is a delicious and elegant dessert that is perfect for any occasion. It is easy to make and can be tailored to your own taste. With its creamy pudding center and rich caramel sauce, this cake is sure to be a hit with everyone who tries it.
