This ham salad is so good. We always have canned ham for emergencies here, hurricanes usually. This salad is so easy, no food chopper needed here. Feel free to use leftover spiral ham if you have it, just put it in the food chopper.

3/4 c mayonnaise
1/2 c celery chopped fine
1/2 c dill pickle chopped
1 Tbsp dijon mustard

  • 1. Shred ham with two forks.
  • 2. Mix in mayonnaise, pickles, celery, Dijon mustard. if you need more spreading consistency add a little pickle juice, or mayo.
