CANDY SUSHI FOR KIDS
Candy sushi is perfect for kids' birthdays or an April Fool's day joke. It is the most yummy thing I've ever made beside my orange Creamsicle® pie. And its very simple, so even my 6-year-old can make it! If you want to be more creative, spread frosting and sprinkles on the top of the circle under the Swedish Fish®!

Steps:
- Melt butter in a medium saucepan over low heat and add marshmallows. Stir marshmallows until completely melted. Remove mixture from heat and add cereal. Stir to coat cereal evenly in melted marshmallows.
- Roll out the fruit roll-ups. Place 1/4 of the coated cereal onto each fruit roll up and spread and gather toward 1 side of roll up. Place 2 licorice twists onto the center of the spread out cereal mix. Wrap and roll the candy and fruit, maneuvering the licorice to the center of the roll, so that the finished product resembles a sushi roll. Repeat with remaining rolls.
- Place a sharp knife into a bowl of very warm water. Cut candy sushi with warm knife and arrange on a plate then serve.

CANDY SUSHI
Steps:
- For the nigiri-style sushi: Cut 1 rice cereal treat bar in half lengthwise. Place 1 gummy fish on each piece lengthwise. Unroll the candy fruit strip and cut a 1/2-inch strip. Slice the strip in half lengthwise. Wrap 1 strip around each fish to secure it to the treat bar.
- For the rolled sushi: Place the remaining fruit strip down on a cutting board. Top with the remaining cereal treat bar, pressing it down to flatten it and cover the fruit strip. Arrange the remaining 6 gummy fish in the center in a long line. Starting at the edge closest to you, roll the cereal bar and candy away from you to form a sushi roll. Gently press the candy into the cereal to secure. Using a sharp knife, cut into 4 pieces.
