Tips and Conclusion

Tips:

  • Use ripe tomatoes: The riper the tomatoes, the sweeter and more flavorful the spread will be.
  • Roast the tomatoes: Roasting the tomatoes intensifies their flavor and makes them easier to spread.
  • Use fresh herbs: Fresh herbs, such as basil, oregano, and thyme, add a burst of flavor to the spread.
  • Don't overcook the garlic: Garlic can easily burn, so be careful not to overcook it. Just a minute or two in the pan is all it takes to release its flavor.
  • Use a good quality olive oil: Olive oil is a key ingredient in this spread, so be sure to use a good quality oil.
  • Serve the spread immediately: This spread is best served fresh, so make it just before you're ready to serve it.
