Tips:

  • Use a variety of tortillas. Corn tortillas are the traditional choice for enchiladas, but you can also use flour tortillas or even whole wheat tortillas. If you're using corn tortillas, be sure to soften them in warm water before filling and rolling them.
  • Shred your own cheese. Pre-shredded cheese is often coated with cellulose, which can prevent it from melting smoothly. Shredding your own cheese ensures that it will melt evenly and create a delicious, gooey filling.
  • Don't overfill your enchiladas. If you overfill them, they will be difficult to roll and they may burst open during baking. Aim to fill each tortilla with about 1/2 cup of filling.
  • Bake your enchiladas until they are golden brown and bubbly. This usually takes about 20 minutes. If you're not sure if they're done, insert a toothpick into the center of an enchilada. If it comes out clean, they're done.
  • Serve your enchiladas with your favorite toppings. Some popular toppings include sour cream, guacamole, salsa, and cheese. You can also add a dollop of refried beans or black beans to each enchilada.

Conclusion:

Campbell's chicken enchiladas are a delicious and easy-to-make meal that the whole family will enjoy. With a few simple tips, you can make sure that your enchiladas turn out perfectly every time. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy dinner idea, give Campbell's chicken enchiladas a try. You won't be disappointed!
