Provided by tru21

Number Of Ingredients 6

3 cups diced onions
1/4 cup minced garlic
Secret spices
4 lbs. ground beef
6 oz. tomato paste
5 Cups water

Steps:

  • • Simmer the garlic and onions in oil, then add our special secret spices and then the ground beef. • The Spices are so top secret, we actually keep them in a secret spice room and no one can go in it ever! But if you were making it at home, you want to make sure you have at least hot chili powder, paprika and dry mustard. • After you add the spices, add plenty of salt and mix everything until the meat loses its redness. • Add tomato paste and water and bring it to a simmer/gentle boil. In a few hours, you've got chili. • Just pour it over spaghetti, top with cheese and serve!

Tips:

  • Use high-quality ingredients for the best flavor. Look for fresh, ripe vegetables and lean ground beef.
  • Brown the ground beef thoroughly before adding the other ingredients. This will help to develop the flavor of the chili.
  • Add a variety of spices to the chili to create a unique flavor. Some good options include chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and oregano.
  • Simmer the chili for at least 30 minutes, or longer if you have time. This will allow the flavors to meld together and develop.
  • Serve the chili with your favorite toppings, such as shredded cheese, sour cream, and chopped onions.

Conclusion:

Camp chili is a delicious and easy meal that is perfect for a camping trip or a backyard cookout. With its simple ingredients and customizable flavor, it is sure to be a hit with everyone. So next time you are looking for a hearty and flavorful meal, give camp chili a try!
