1/2 red bell pepper chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped

Tips:

  • Use high-quality ingredients for the best flavor. This includes using fresh vegetables, herbs, and spices.

  • Use a heavy-bottomed pot to cook the rice. This will help distribute the heat evenly and prevent the rice from burning.
  • Bring the water to a boil before adding the rice. This will help prevent the rice from becoming mushy.
  • Reduce the heat to low once the water has come to a boil and cover the pot with a lid. This will help the rice cook evenly.
  • Do not stir the rice while it is cooking. This will break up the grains and make the rice mushy.
  • Once the rice is cooked, remove it from the heat and let it stand for a few minutes before serving. This will help the rice absorb any excess moisture.
