Tips:
- Choose a recipe that doesn't require a lot of rising time. This will help to prevent the cake from becoming dry and crumbly.
- Use a high-quality baking powder and baking soda. This will help the cake to rise properly and give it a light and fluffy texture.
- Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing can toughen the cake and make it dense.
- Bake the cake in a preheated oven. This will help to ensure that the cake cooks evenly.
- Don't overbake the cake. Overbaking can dry out the cake and make it crumbly.
- Let the cake cool completely before frosting it. This will help to prevent the frosting from melting and running off the cake.
Conclusion:
With a little planning and effort, you can easily make a cake that doesn't last. These tips will help you to create a delicious and moist cake that will be enjoyed by all.
