Tips:

- To ensure your Cajun turkey burgers stay moist and flavorful, be sure not to overcook them. Cook them until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). - If you don't have Cajun seasoning on hand, you can make your own by combining paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. - Serve your Cajun turkey burgers on toasted buns with your favorite toppings, such as lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles. For a healthier option, serve them on whole-wheat buns or lettuce wraps. - To make the skillet potatoes, be sure to slice the potatoes thinly and cook them over medium-high heat. This will help them get crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. - If you want to add some extra flavor to the skillet potatoes, try seasoning them with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, or cayenne pepper. - Serve the Cajun turkey burgers and skillet potatoes with a side of your favorite dipping sauce, such as ketchup, mustard, or ranch dressing.

Conclusion:

This Cajun turkey burger skillet is a quick and easy meal that is perfect for a weeknight dinner. The turkey burgers are flavorful and moist, and the skillet potatoes are crispy and tender. This dish is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
