3 slices bacon
3 garlic cloves, Minced
1 bell pepper, any Color, Chopped
3 green onions, Chopped
3/4 cup broth (Chicken, Seafood, or Veggie will work)
1 teaspoon cajun spices
1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 lb lobster
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup heavy cream
salt

  • Cook up your bacon in a small frying pan over medium heat. Remove the bacon and drain off the fat, reserving about a tablespoon.
