Tips:

  • To achieve a smooth and creamy corn pudding, blend the corn kernels until they are finely pureed. This will create a velvety texture and prevent any unwanted lumps.
  • For a richer flavor, use heavy cream instead of milk. This will add a decadent touch to the pudding and make it extra creamy.
  • Don't overcook the corn pudding. It should be cooked until it is just set, but still slightly jiggly in the center. Overcooking will result in a dry and crumbly pudding.
  • Feel free to customize the recipe to your liking. Add some chopped bell peppers, onions, or bacon for a savory twist. Or, add some grated cheese for a cheesy corn pudding.
  • Serve the corn pudding warm or at room temperature. It can be enjoyed as a side dish or as a main course.
