CAJUN BROWNIES RECIPE

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup pecan, chopped
1 stick butter, melted
3 eggs
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 lb. box powder sugar

Steps:

  • Mix cake mix, pecans, butter and 1 egg by hand. Press into a 13 x 9 inch pan. Put aside. Mix cream cheese, powder sugar, 2 eggs with mixer. Spread over first mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool and cut into bars.

Tips:

- **Use the right chocolate:** The type of chocolate you use will greatly affect the flavor of your brownies. For a classic Cajun brownie, use a semisweet or bittersweet chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 70%. This will give your brownies a rich, chocolatey flavor. - **Don't overmix the batter:** Overmixing the batter will result in tough, dense brownies. Mix the ingredients just until they are combined. - **Let the brownies cool completely before cutting them:** This will help prevent them from falling apart. - **Serve the brownies with your favorite toppings:** Cajun brownies are delicious on their own, but they can also be served with a variety of toppings, such as ice cream, whipped cream, or fresh berries.

Conclusion:

Cajun brownies are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that are perfect for any occasion. They are also a great way to use up leftover chocolate. Whether you are a fan of spicy food or not, you are sure to enjoy these brownies. So next time you are looking for a sweet treat, give Cajun brownies a try. You won't be disappointed.
