2 teaspoons paprika

½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
¾ cup thinly sliced red onion
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup mayonnaise
¼ cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon hot chile oil
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
