Tips:
- For the best flavor, use a combination of pork shoulder and pork loin. The shoulder is more flavorful, while the loin is leaner and helps to keep the dish from being too greasy.
- Be sure to brown the pork well before adding the other ingredients. This will help to develop the flavor and prevent the meat from becoming dry.
- Use a good quality salsa. The salsa is one of the main ingredients in this dish, so it's important to use one that you enjoy the taste of.
- Don't be afraid to experiment with different toppings. Some popular options include shredded cheese, sour cream, guacamole, and pico de gallo.
