1/4 cup superfine sugar, plus
1 tablespoon superfine sugar
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 lemon wedge
1 cup ice cube
5 tablespoons spiced rum
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons orange Curacao
2 orange rind twists
