1/2 cup celery, Thinly Sliced
2 cups cabbage, Shredded
1/3 cup green pepper, Chopped
3/4 cup catsup
1/4 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon mustard, Prepared
8 hamburger buns (Hamburger buns should be split and toasted.)
