1 cup coarsely chopped dry roasted peanuts

6 c crispy rice cereal

  • 1. Melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter. Stir until chips melt and mixture is smooth. Transfer into large bowl. Add rice cereal; mix well.
  • 2. Press into aluminum foil lined 13 X 9 inch pan. Chill in refrigerator until firm (about 1 hour)
