1/2 cup cold butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup finely chopped walnuts
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
3-1/2 cups cold milk
2 packages (3.5 ounces each) instant butterscotch pudding mix
1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • In a bowl, cut butter into flour; stir in the finely chopped walnuts. Press into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack., In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping.
