1/2 gallon butter pecan ice cream, slightly softened
1/2 gallon chocolate ice cream, slightly softened

Steps:

  • For caramel sauce, heat caramel topping and candy bars in a microwave on high for 1-1/2 minutes or until candy bars are melted, stirring every 30 seconds. Cool., Combine cookie crumbs and butter. 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
2/3 cup chopped pecans, toasted

1 tablespoon butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 ½ cups half-and-half cream
½ cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/3 cup maple-flavored pancake syrup
