1 pound lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 (29 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1 ½ teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 (12 ounce) package lasagna noodles
12 ounces cottage cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
16 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • In a large skillet over medium heat cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until brown. Add the tomato sauce, tomato paste, salt, and oregano and stir until well incorporated. Cook until heated through.
  • In a large bowl mix together the cottage cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and shredded mozzarella cheese.

1 pound ground beef
½ cup diced onion
1 (16 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce, or more to taste
½ (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
½ (8 ounce) container sour cream
cooking spray
1 (12 ounce) package wide egg noodles
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 ½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

This is an easy crock pot lasagna that my family really likes. I double the spaghetti sauce and add some Italian seasoning. This makes a lot, so I usually freeze some of it.

1 c onion, diced
16-ounces spaghetti sauce
4 oz cream cheese, softened
4 oz sour cream
12-ounce pkg wide egg noodles, uncooked
1 1/2 c mozzarella, shredded
1 1/2 c cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 1. Brown beef with onion. Drain.
