This is a great family meal, and really popular with the young ones too. They can even help you make the burger bundles!

Categories     Beef

Time 55m

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 lb ground beef
1 pkg stuffing mix flavor of your choice
cheese cubes, allow 1 per bundle
1 can(s) condensed mushroom soup
3/4 can(s) milk (fill the soup can 3/4 full)
2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 c ketchup
garlic to taste
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Come and see the delicious recipe in full here! http://www.lovefoodies.com/burger-bundles--gravy.html

Tips:

  • Choose high-quality ground beef. Look for beef that is at least 80% lean, and make sure it is fresh and not frozen.
  • Season the beef simply. Salt and pepper are all you need to bring out the flavor of the meat. If you want to get more creative, add a little garlic powder, onion powder, or paprika.
  • Form the patties gently. Don't overwork the meat, or the burgers will be tough. Just mix the ingredients together until they are well combined, then form them into patties that are about 1/2 inch thick.
  • Cook the burgers over medium heat. This will help them cook evenly and prevent them from burning. If you're cooking the burgers on a grill, cook them over indirect heat for the first few minutes to help them cook through without burning.
  • Don't flip the burgers too often. Flip them only once, about halfway through the cooking time. This will help them stay juicy and prevent them from drying out.
  • Use a meat thermometer to check the burgers for doneness. The burgers are done when they reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit for medium-rare, 165 degrees Fahrenheit for medium, or 170 degrees Fahrenheit for well-done.
  • Let the burgers rest for a few minutes before serving. This will help the juices redistribute throughout the burgers and make them even more flavorful.

Conclusion:

Burger bundles are a delicious and versatile meal option that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. They are perfect for a quick and easy weeknight dinner, a party, or a tailgate. With so many different ways to customize them, there is sure to be a burger bundle that everyone will love. So next time you're looking for a fun and easy meal, give burger bundles a try!
