Tips:

  • Shred your own potatoes. Pre-shredded potatoes can be watery and produce less crispy pancakes.
  • Squeeze out excess moisture from potatoes. This will help the pancakes stay crispy.
  • Use buttermilk to make the batter. Buttermilk helps to make the pancakes light and fluffy.
  • Add your favorite seasonings to the batter. Garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper are all great options.
  • Cook the pancakes over medium heat. This will help them cook evenly without burning.
  • Serve the pancakes with your favorite dipping sauce. Ranch dressing, blue cheese dressing, or honey mustard are all great options.

Conclusion:

Buffalo wing potato pancakes are a fun and easy way to enjoy a classic game day snack. They're crispy, flavorful, and perfect for dipping.
