CHEESY BUFFALO CHICKEN WING DIP
Buffalo, NY makes the best chicken wings. This dip tastes exactly like chicken wings because Frank's Red Hot Sauce is the source for the flavor. I found this recipe on-line and haven't found another one since that is as good. Enjoy.

CROCK POT BUFFALO CHICKEN WING DIP
A co-worker of mine has introduced me to this dip. I have had others, but this one seems really interesting to me. I boiled the boneless chicken in water and hot sauce - made it really moist and easy to shred. I prefer to serve the celery on the side but my friend likes the crunch that it adds to the dip. This dip was such a hit at my last party!!

Steps:
- Place 4 chicken breast fillets in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Pour Franks sauce over chicken. I usually do just enough to cover chicken at this time.
- Cook on low for approx 5-6 hours (or high for 4).
- Shred the chicken with 2 forks. If cooking on high, switch to low after 4 hours.
- Now (or approx 1 hour before you plan to serve) add the cream cheese. Stir it in with a fork and help break it apart as it melts in to the chicken.
- After the cream cheese is stirred in well add the following to taste: 1/2 to 1 packet of Ranch dressing mix, more Frank's sauce, bleu cheese dressing (usually 1/4 to 1/2 cup), cheddar cheese.
- Leave on low until ready to serve.
- Serve with baguette or tortilla chips.

BUFFALO WING CHICKEN DIP
If you love Buffalo wings, here is the recipe for you!! Serve with salty tortilla chips or any other chips you like. The salt helps to bring out the flavor. Can be served hot or cold, but I prefer mine hot. If you make this, there won't be any leftovers at the party!! If you want to make this recipe lower fat, you can use Neuchatel Cheese and fat-free blue cheese. DO NOT use lower fat shredded cheese since it doesn't melt well. Just use less of it!

Steps:
- 1. Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Cook in wing sauce. Spread cream cheese in bottom of 9x13 pan. Top cheese with chicken and wing sauce. Spread dressing over top. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 375* for 15 minutes until bubbly. Serve with potato chips.
Tips:
- Start with high-quality chicken wings. Fresh, plump wings will give you the best results.
- Use a combination of baking powder and cornstarch to get crispy wings. The baking powder helps the wings to puff up, while the cornstarch helps them to brown.
- Don't overcrowd the wings in the oven. This will prevent them from cooking evenly.
- Bake the wings at a high temperature for a short amount of time. This will help them to stay crispy.
- Toss the wings in buffalo sauce as soon as they come out of the oven. This will help the sauce to stick to the wings.
- Serve the wings with your favorite dipping sauce. Some popular choices include ranch dressing, blue cheese dressing, and honey mustard.
- Enjoy the wings! Buffalo wings are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer.
Conclusion:
Buffalo wings are a classic party food that is always a hit. They are easy to make and can be tailored to your own taste preferences. With a little bit of planning, you can make buffalo wings that will be the star of your next party.
