Remove 1 phyllo sheet from stack; fold in half lengthwise. Brush lightly with oil. Place 2 heaping tablespoons of the chicken mixture at the bottom of the folded phyllo, about 1 inch from the bottom. Fold bottom of phyllo over filling, fold in each side, roll wrap to the end of the phyllo sheet. Repeat with remaining phyllo sheets and chicken mixture. 5. Place phyllo rolls in prepared baking dish. Bake in preheated oven until phyllo is brown and flaky, 20 to 25 minutes.

Tips:

  • Use high-quality phyllo dough for the best results. If the dough is too dry, it will crack when you try to fold it. If the dough is too wet, it will be difficult to handle and will not hold its shape.
  • Make sure the chicken is cooked through before assembling the wraps. You can use a meat thermometer to check that the chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Don't overfill the wraps. If you put too much filling in the wraps, they will be difficult to fold and will fall apart when you try to eat them.
  • Bake the wraps until they are golden brown and crispy. This will help to seal in the flavor of the filling and prevent the wraps from becoming soggy.
  • Serve the wraps with your favorite dipping sauce. Buffalo chicken wraps are traditionally served with blue cheese dressing, but you can also use ranch dressing, honey mustard, or any other sauce that you like.

Conclusion:

Buffalo chicken phyllo wraps are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or main course. They are perfect for parties or potlucks, and they can also be made ahead of time and reheated when you are ready to serve them. With a few simple ingredients and a little bit of time, you can create a delicious and satisfying meal that everyone will love.
