Tips:

  • Choose the right chicken. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs are both good options for this recipe. If you're using chicken breasts, be sure to pound them thin so they cook evenly.
  • Make sure your chicken is cooked through. The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 165 degrees Fahrenheit before you remove it from the pan.
  • Don't overcook the chicken. Overcooked chicken will be dry and tough. Cook it just until it is cooked through.
  • Use a good quality buffalo sauce. There are many different brands of buffalo sauce available, so be sure to choose one that you like. You can also make your own buffalo sauce at home.
  • Serve the lettuce wraps immediately. The lettuce wraps are best when they are served fresh. If you need to make them ahead of time, store them in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours.

Buffalo chicken lettuce wraps are a delicious and easy appetizer or main course. They are perfect for parties or potlucks, and they can be made ahead of time. With a few simple ingredients, you can create a dish that is sure to please everyone.
