One 15-ounce can creamed corn
1 large egg
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar
1 cup yellow cornmeal
1 cup sour cream

2 teaspoons baking soda
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

  • Serve the casserole hot with a dollop of sour cream or butter.
