Tips:

  • Utilize an electric mixer with a dough hook attachment to effortlessly achieve a smooth and elastic dough.
  • Ensure the yeast is fresh and active by testing it in warm water with a pinch of sugar before adding it to the dough. If the yeast mixture doesn't foam up, it's best to replace it with a new batch.
  • Let the dough rise in a warm, draft-free place to allow it to double in size. This process typically takes about 1-2 hours.
  • For a sweeter bread, increase the amount of sugar in the dough. Conversely, reduce the sugar for a less sweet bread.
  • Feel free to customize the bread by adding your favorite mix-ins such as dried fruits, nuts, or spices.
  • If you don't have a stand mixer, you can knead the dough by hand for about 10 minutes on a lightly floured surface until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  • To achieve a golden brown crust, brush the bread with melted butter or an egg wash before baking.
  • Store the bread in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or freeze it for up to 3 months.
