BRUNCH SAUSAGE-EGG POT PIE WITH PUFF PASTRY CRUST
You can prepare the pie a day ahead and refrigerate overnight, or freeze pie for up to one month. Although I have only made this using puff pastry, I would think that you could use a plain pie pastry for this instead of the puff pastry. This is delicious! If you want cut the sausages in half after browning.

Tips:
- Use a variety of fillings. This recipe is very versatile, so you can use any fillings you like. Some popular options include eggs, bacon, sausage, cheese, vegetables, and herbs.
- Don't overfill the pie crust. The pie crust should be able to hold all of the fillings without overflowing. If you overfill the pie crust, the filling will likely spill out during baking.
- Bake the pie until the crust is golden brown and the filling is set. The baking time will vary depending on the type of filling you are using. Be sure to check the pie regularly to make sure it is not overbaking.
- Let the pie cool before slicing. This will help the pie to hold its shape and make it easier to slice.
