Tips:

  • Mise en Place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all your ingredients and equipment ready. This will help you stay organized and prevent any scrambling.
  • Use Fresh Ingredients: The fresher your ingredients, the better your egg bake will taste. Try to use organic eggs, fresh vegetables, and herbs.

  • Season to Taste: Don't forget to season your egg bake with salt and pepper. You can also add other herbs and spices, such as garlic powder, onion powder, or paprika.
  • Bake Until Golden Brown: The egg bake is done baking when the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let It Cool Before Serving: Once the egg bake is done baking, let it cool for a few minutes before serving. This will help it set and make it easier to slice.
