Tips:

  • Choose high-quality chocolate: The type of chocolate you use will significantly impact the taste of your brownies. Opt for a good-quality semisweet or bittersweet chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 50%.
  • Do not over-mix the batter: Over-mixing can result in tough, dense brownies. Mix just until the ingredients are well combined.
  • Use a toothpick to check for doneness: To prevent overbaking, insert a toothpick into the center of the brownies. If it comes out with a few moist crumbs attached, the brownies are done.
  • Let the brownies cool completely: Allow the brownies to cool completely before cutting and serving. This will help them set and achieve the perfect texture.
  • Store the brownies properly: Once cooled, store the brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze the brownies for up to 2 months.
