ABSOLUTELY BEST BROWNIES

This are the easiest and most delicious brownies that I have ever eaten. They are so moist and super quick and easy to make. For best results, use a Dutch processed cocoa. For less cake-like brownies, use all-purpose flour instead of self rising.

Tips:

  • Use high-quality chocolate. This is the most important ingredient in the brownies, so don't skimp. Use a chocolate that you love the taste of, and make sure it has a cocoa content of at least 70%.
  • Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing will make the brownies tough. Mix the batter just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Bake the brownies in a preheated oven. This will help them to rise evenly.
  • Don't overbake the brownies. Overbaking will make them dry. Bake the brownies for the amount of time specified in the recipe, and then check them with a toothpick. The toothpick should come out with just a few moist crumbs attached.
  • Let the brownies cool completely before cutting them. This will help them to set and hold their shape.

Conclusion:

These brownies are truly heavenly. They are fudgy, chocolatey, and have the perfect amount of sweetness. They are sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them. So next time you're looking for a special dessert, give these brownies a try. You won't be disappointed.
