Tips:
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips or semisweet chocolate chips instead of milk chocolate chips.
- If you don't have a mini muffin pan, you can use a regular muffin pan and line it with paper liners. Just be sure to adjust the baking time accordingly (check the brownies after about 15 minutes).
- To make the tassies even more decadent, try filling them with a dollop of chocolate ganache or caramel sauce before baking.
- If you're short on time, you can use a pre-made brownie mix to make the brownie batter. Just be sure to follow the package directions for baking.
- For a festive touch, sprinkle the tassies with powdered sugar or chopped nuts before serving.
Conclusion:
Brownie tassies are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that are perfect for any occasion. With their rich chocolate flavor and crispy cookie crust, they're sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them. So next time you're looking for a sweet treat to make, give brownie tassies a try.
