Time 40m

Number Of Ingredients 2

1 brownie mix (either homemade or box)
1 c any of the following (crushed)... heath bars, andes candies, snickers, nutrageous bars, scors bar, or any other chocolate bar.

Steps:

  • 1. Prepare Brownie batter as directed and set aside.
  • 2. Use a food processor and chop up candy, leave it chunky. You can also throw candy in a zip lock bag and pound with mallet
  • 3. Pour half the brownie batter in pan. Top with candy chunks, then cover with remaining batter.
  • 4. Bake as directed.

Tips:

  • Mise en place: Before starting, ensure all ingredients are measured and ready. This will make the baking process smoother and prevent scrambling.
  • Use quality ingredients: The quality of your ingredients will significantly impact the final product. Use high-quality chocolate, butter, and flour for the best results.
  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter can result in a dense, chewy brownie. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Bake the brownies at the right temperature: The ideal temperature for baking brownies is between 325°F (165°C) and 350°F (175°C). This will help ensure the brownies are cooked through without becoming dry.
  • Don't overbake the brownies: Overbaking the brownies can make them dry and crumbly. Bake them just until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with just a few moist crumbs attached.
  • Let the brownies cool completely before cutting: This will help prevent the brownies from crumbling and will give them time to set properly.

Conclusion:

With these tips in mind, you can create delicious and fudgy brownies that are the perfect treat for any occasion. Experiment with different variations to find your favorite combination of flavors and textures.
