1 roasting chicken 5 lbs.
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon course sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Steps:

  • Clean your chicken for roasting, remove giblets and pat completely dry with a paper towel. In a bowl, combine softened butter and brown sugar with a spoon until creamy. 4 (4 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

¾ cup water

Kosher salt and black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
3/4 pound bread, crusts removed, bread torn into bite-size pieces (about 4 cups; see Tip)
