1 tablespoon olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
1 tablespoon minced fresh basil or 1 teaspoon dried basil
3/4 cup soft bread crumbs
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Slice tomatoes in half. Using a small spoon, remove seeds. Place tomato halves on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Combine the oil, garlic and pepper. Brush over tomatoes.
